Registration fees are refundable upon request submitted by July 30, 2026, to info@sovereignnationsva.org. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Registration may be transferred to another attendee by contacting info@sovereignnationsva.org prior to the conference.
